Kenny Roberts is arguably the greatest all-round motorcycle racer the world has ever seen. This DVD traces a career which saw Roberts take the American No.! rider title two years in a row - in 1973 and 1974 - by winning a variety of events which made up a cross section of the sport in all its forms.
Awesome skills honed on the 100mph ovals of dirt track racing and in Formula 750 were brilliantly applied to the 500cc World Championship, where Roberts stunned the sport by taking victory in his first season, 1978. Incredibly, he secured the World Championship again in 1979 and 1980, earning the well-deserved title "King Kenny". After proving himself a champion on all kinds of tracks, Roberts turned to the business side of racing, rapidly becoming one of the world's most successful team owners.
